  Very good the young guy who served us at the check out at the Kettering store was brilliant helpful and friendly. He had a beard and tied his hair up on top.

  My slot was between 10am - 11am, we had to call up to let them know we were here and then it took 40 minutes for them to it out to the car. We had to wait with two young children that were getting very impatient, I did click and collect for quickness so I didn't have to take the children shopping, and it would have been quicker doing an actual shop. Will not be using this service again.

  My sons nappy leaked all over the floor while I was going through the self check out. The staff got a cleaner straight away but it was mortifying and difficult trying to sort him, scan my shop and pack all at once while the staff looked on.
